ORDERING, PAYMENTS & COLLECTION POLICY

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
Images with our products have been provided for illustrative purposes only and Cobb Lane does not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

When we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

 

ORDERING PRODUCTS
Our products are supplied and delivered to customers within Australia. By purchasing a product through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

When ordering from us, you will be required to provide your name and address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact details, and credit card information. We undertake due care with this information however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus.

Your order will be accepted or rejected within two days of placing the order. If we have not responded to you within two days, your order is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for objecting your order, however, the most likely reason for rejecting the order will be that we do not currently have that product in stock.

Once you have submitted an order through our website, you may not cancel the order even if our acceptance or rejection of your order is still pending.

All risk or loss of damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods. If an order is lost in transit, orders will not be replaced until such time as the original order has been located and returned to Cobb Lane.

ORDERING PERISHABLE GOODS
Our range of perishable products include pastries, bread, cakes, cookies, doughnuts, and seasonal baked goods.

CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel your order and provide more than 48 hours notice, a full refund will be provided. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, no refund will be provided.

CURRENCY AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST (where GST applicable). We reserve the right to amend our price list at any time without prior notice. If you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel your order should our prices change.

We do not store any Credit Card Details at all, and we use a secure Third Party Provider to process all Credit Card transactions.


ORDER COLLECTION

Collection will be available for the date & location you have selected as long as the minimum order notice has been met and we have the product in stock. If you cannot collect on that day please contact us to make other arrangements on 03 9939 5579 or eat@cobblane.com.au. Please bear in mind the products are perishable and may not be at their best if collected on subsequent days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Cobb Lane, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. Great care is taken when creating each order. We want everyone to love our products. 

 

RETURNS

Please choose carefully when purchasing our products as a "change of mind" return will not be provided on perishable goods such as food items.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at eat@cobblane.com.au or call us on 03 9939 5579 within 24 hours of receiving your items so we can organise a solution. Please provide photos of the defective or damaged product.
